Welcome to the website of the Registered Association of lnsolvency Administrators in Germany

The Verband der Insolvenzverwalter Deutschlands e. V. [Registered Association of lnsolvency Administrators in Germany] is an association of insolvency administrators who have been operating as business insolvency practitioners in one or more insolvency courts in Germany for at least five years.

The Association currently has 456 members, including several insolvency judges as associate members.

The aim of the Association is to raise the profile of insolvency law in Germany and to promote the training and professional development of those working in this field. This website is subdivided into two areas: an open-access area with general information on the work of the Association and a members-only section which can only be accessed by logging in with a personal user name and password.
