Code of Ethics
The Association adopted a professional Code of Ethics on 4.11.2006, superseding the Code of Conduct adopted in 2002 and thereby establishing a foundation for professional life as an insolvency administrator based on self-imposed ethical obligations.
The previous Code of Conduct was acknowledged in its own right in jurisprudence and literature as an authoritative set of guidelines for sound professional conduct as an insolvency administrator.
