Uhlenbruck Criteria

The “Uhlenbruck criteria” (named after the Cologne insolvency judge and university professor Dr. Wilhelm Uhlenbruck) stipulate clear criteria for selecting, monitoring and evaluating insolvency administrators. The VID was intensely involved in the first-time development of a catalogue that should enable insolvency courts to identify suitable insolvency administrators for insolvency procedures.
