ISO 9001

All insolvency administrators who are members of the VID have obligated themselves to obtain certification according to “DIN EN ISO 9001 - 2000” (ISO:9001). Proof of the initial certification, the annual audits as well as the re-certifications that must be done every three years must be documented and submitted to the VID. If insolvency administrators use external service providers for office organisation or for settlement activities in the insolvency procedure, then these must also be certified according to ISO:9001. If the VID members do not comply with these obligations, then they may be expelled from the VID.
