Quality Standards

The members of the VID provide independent, transparent, high-quality insolvency administration. The members have obligated themselves to comply with demanding minimum standards that go far beyond the basic legal requirements. This includes not only the requirement for all members to have worked in the capacity of insolvency administrator for at least five years, but also the obligation to obtain and maintain certification according to ISO:9001 and to act according to the “Principles of Proper Insolvency Administration” (Grundsätze ordnungsgemäßer Insolvenzverwaltung) (GOI) Linked to this is also the permanent further education of not only our members but their employees as well.
