The Creditor Information System (CIS) gives you, the creditor, the opportunity to obtain information about the status of the procedure on the insolvency administrator’s website, access current procedure information and lodge your claims online.

Provided the name of the appointed insolvency administrator is known and is a member of our group, you can contact them using the email address listed in the member directory. Should the appointed insolvency administrator not be known to you for an insolvency process, you can access the information via the website www.insolvenzbekanntmachungen.de.
